Lynn came by the house and was very respectful and helpful, both in providing estimates for a variety of solutions, so we could find the best one to maximize our budget.

Lynn installed luxury vinyl flooring in two rooms downstairs, and here we really saw the benefit of having a local, independent craftsman do the work. There were some challenges to overcome, including a difference in baseboard heights, which Lynn creatively overcame. He put in the extra work, and our home looks beautiful. We could not have asked or imagined a better result than what we got.

As an added bonus, if you have pets, Lynn is great with dogs. For people who have pets, that’s a big bonus too.

In every aspect of the work, from estimates to final fit, finish, and clean up, Lynn rates 5 stars. I’d give him 7 stars for customer service.

We hired Lynn to install a new floor and tile. He did an excellent job. He was always on time and his workmanship is exceptional. We would definitely recommend him and would hire him again for future flooring needs.

Helpful and informed sales and quality installation.

Lynn ordered the carpet and he made a” tentative” appointment for install. I informed Lynn I would call him back with an install date. Two weeks later, the carpet installers showed up and installed the carpet without me being there. I had a handyman doing some work when the installers showed up. The installers assumed that the handyman was my representative and knew about the carpet being installed. The handyman no nothing about any carpet be installed and left. The carpet installers were left alone in my house most of the day installing the carpet. Will not use them ever and would not recommend them for obvious reasons

The rep arrived on time, was VERY informative to our wants and had an excellent knowledge of his job. He took his time and never semed to rush, even though it was late in the evening. A very accurate measurement. The price was outstanding, much lower than the other quote we received. At that point, we chose Solutions Flooring.

Lynn was very helpful in decision making process, he is very knowledgeable in products he sells and has great suggestions. We had both carpet and vinyl installed within a week of making our decision. We’re happy with everything with a couple of exceptions, padding in the closets was not replaced with new padding, and the connection to the toilet leaks. Customer service could be improved by a follow-up call.

I contacted Solutions Carpet And Flooring due to good ratings. Lynn came to our home with samples & discussed what kind of carpet I should get for the areas I wanted done, & offered helpful suggestions with no pressure. I then went to a couple of carpet stores & got a completely different “feel”; too big and impersonal. I called Lynn back to review more samples & made our selections. A crew of 2 came a week later & did a quality installation job in a timely manner. They were polite and professional. Lynn and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. I was on a tight schedule after buying a foreclosure and trying to get moved in. I needed the floors refinished and carpet installed in 3 bedrooms and only had a week to get in done. I met the guys to refinish the floors on Monday and picked a color. They sanded down the floors on Monday and stained everything, put the first 2 coats of finish in on Tuesday, the carpet guys installed the carpet on Thursday and the refinishers finished the wood floors on Friday so I could move on Saturday. The process sounds painful but Lynn’s team made it seem effortless. The final product is perfect and I LOVE my floors! Thank you Marquis Flooring for doing such an excellent job!

They were quick but good.

Initially I felt like Lynn came across as somewhat pushy. He did not want to quote specific prices for carpet installation, carpet, pad, but rather a package deal (although I in principle agree with selling the whole package together). When we got his final quote we were able to break things down. He came out ahead of any of his competitors. He was able to get the install done on our tight schedule and the carpet is beautiful. Installers put a hole in a wall but Lynn sent someone out quickly to repair. Feel very satisfied with the service and the product. Would use this company again.

Lynn was very good with information about the products available. The installer seemed to be a sub-contractor. His work was adequate but at times he was a bit careless with freshly painted walls. Mostly acceptable though.

Easier to “get thru” than I expected. I was worried about it: the inconvenience, choice of product, cost, workmanship, all of it! Lynn makes it all happen in a most professional way. He takes care of it all in the most professional way with most capable workers. Say “yes” and it’s done and done very well.

The bid was the best of 3, done at the table on the same night. It was a similar product as the others but with an exceptional value. The installers were a little late then was planned due to warehouse issues but provided and excellent carpet removal and installation once they arrived. My wife was at home and said they were nice, professional and fast and she felt very comfortable while they were installing the carpet. They also offered to help with anything to move back in place before leaving. I had an excellent experience with Solutions and have recommended them to three friends already
